Church Bells in the Parish

St Mary’s and St Peter’s churches both have bells that can be rung for weddings and other occasions.  For more information, please contact the Parish Office. 

St Mary’s has a ring of eight bells (tenor 16-3-1 in F); St Peter’s also has a ring of eight bells (tenor 15½ cwt in F).  The bells are rung on Sundays and other notable occasions; quarter peals were rung for the Queen’s Funeral and the King’s Coronation.  Practices are held weekly at St Mary’s on most Friday evenings from 7.30 to 9pm; for more information, please email the Secretary.
